Shipping Costs

Shipping is handled directly from our manufactory in northern Italy via GLS. Up to 20 seat covers fit in one parcel (1 cover = 1 seat).

Parcel size: Up to 20 seat covers fit in one parcel. For a 7-seat bus, each seat counts as 1 cover (= 7 covers). From 21 covers onwards, a second parcel will be charged.

Roof spoilers and aero packages

We ship roof spoilers and aero packages within Austria only — delivery to Germany, Switzerland or any other country is not possible. Shipping costs are a flat €170.00 per consignment.

Sleeper cabins

We deliver sleeper cabins within the EU only — not to Switzerland or Liechtenstein. You have three options:

  • Installation at our plant in Niedomice (Poland) — you bring the vehicle and the cabin is fitted on site. No additional fitting or transport costs.
  • Installation at your premises — available in Austria only. The surcharge depends on the distance to our production and is stated in your quote.
  • Shipping to you — a vehicle body shop of your choice handles the installation. Freight costs depend on destination and dimensions and are stated in your quote.

Sleeper cabins are ordered through the sleeper cabin configurator — you then receive a quote by e-mail. Delivery usually takes 4 to 8 weeks.

Delivery Time

  • EU: 2–3 weeks from order (production approx. 2 weeks + shipping 2–5 business days)
  • Switzerland: approx. 3 weeks (including import and customs clearance by our Swiss partner)

As all seat covers are made to measure, production only begins after your order is placed. These are not stock items.

Shipping Provider

Shipping is handled by GLS (General Logistics Systems). You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the address provided during the ordering process. For payments via PayPal, the delivery address stored there applies. Please ensure that your address is correct and complete.

Collection in Person

Seat covers and floor mats cannot be collected in person — they are shipped to you directly from our workshop in Italy. Sleeper cabins are not collected — you bring your vehicle to our production site in Niedomice (Poland), where the cabin is fitted directly onto it.

Switzerland — Order by E-Mail

For deliveries to Switzerland, please place your order by e-mail at info@lkw-baminger.at. Processing is handled through our Swiss import partner, who takes care of all customs clearance and import formalities.

Direct ordering via the online shop is not available for Switzerland.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover. For business customers, the risk passes upon handover to the shipping provider.
