Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Custom Manufacturing — Important Notice

All Baminger seat covers are individually custom-made for your vehicle. These are not stock items, but products manufactured to your specifications in our workshop in Italy.

Pursuant to § 18 Para. 1 No. 3 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz — Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), goods manufactured to customer specifications are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

What does this mean in practice?

• Seat covers without logo embroidery: There is no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) no. 3 FAGG). As a gesture of goodwill we will consider taking the goods back on a case-by-case basis if the covers are unused and in their original packaging — there is no entitlement to this.
• Seat covers with logo embroidery: Returns are excluded, as these are manufactured individually for you.
• Floor mats and roof spoilers: 14-day right of withdrawal for unused goods in their original packaging. Roof spoilers are shipped within Austria only.
• Sleeper cabins: Each one is built to your configuration (dimensions, equipment, paint finish) — there is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) no. 3 FAGG). Delivery is within the EU only.

If a cover does not fit

Every cover is made precisely for your vehicle model and year of construction. If a cover still does not fit:

• Contact us at info@lkw-baminger.at with photos of the problem
• We adjust it or remake it free of charge — we cover the cost
• If you prefer not to have a replacement: send the cover back and we refund the purchase price
• This applies provided the vehicle model, year of construction and seat configuration were stated correctly when ordering

Damaged or defective goods

Should your order arrive damaged or show a manufacturing defect:

• Please report this within 14 days of receipt by e-mail to info@lkw-baminger.at
• Please include photos of the damage/defect
• We will arrange a replacement delivery or refund at our expense

Statutory Warranty

The statutory warranty period of 2 years from receipt of the goods applies. In the event of material defects or manufacturing issues, you are entitled to rectification or replacement.

Return Shipment

If a return has been agreed:

• Please send the goods to: Baminger GmbH, Schölmlahn 18, 4712 Michaelnbach, Austria
• We cover the cost of return shipment — returns are free of charge for you
• The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return
