Custom Manufacturing — Important Notice

All Baminger seat covers are individually custom-made for your vehicle. These are not stock items, but products manufactured to your specifications in our workshop in Italy.

Pursuant to § 18 Para. 1 No. 3 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz — Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), goods manufactured to customer specifications are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

What does this mean in practice?

• Seat covers without logo embroidery: A return is possible if the covers are unused and in their original packaging. As the covers are custom-made, we ask for your understanding that we can only accept returns in exceptional cases.
• Seat covers with logo embroidery: Returns are excluded, as these are manufactured individually for you.
• Floor mats and roof spoilers: 14-day right of withdrawal for unused goods in original packaging.

If the cover does not fit

As all covers are manufactured precisely for your vehicle model and year of construction, the fit is perfect in 99% of cases. Should there nonetheless be an issue:

• Contact us at info@lkw-baminger.at with photos of the problem
• We will assess the case and offer rectification or free remanufacturing
• If a production defect is present, we will of course cover all costs

Damaged or defective goods

Should your order arrive damaged or show a manufacturing defect:

• Please report this within 14 days of receipt by e-mail to info@lkw-baminger.at
• Please include photos of the damage/defect
• We will arrange a replacement delivery or refund at our expense

Statutory Warranty

The statutory warranty period of 2 years from receipt of the goods applies. In the event of material defects or manufacturing issues, you are entitled to rectification or replacement.

Return Shipment

If a return has been agreed:

• Please send the goods to: Baminger GmbH, Schölmlahn 18, 4712 Michaelnbach, Austria
• The cost of return shipment is borne by the buyer (except in the case of defective goods)
• The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return
