The VW Transporter has been around for decades, and some businesses still run older generations today. With the T4 or T5 in particular, the original seats are often the first thing that gives away the vehicle's age. We make seat covers and protective covers to measure for every generation, in fabric, fabric with artificial leather reinforcement or full artificial leather.

Seat layouts in the Transporter

In the configurator all generations are available with 2 or 3 front seats, i.e. driver's seat with single passenger seat or passenger double bench. In addition there is the crew cab with 6 or 7 seats and the bus or passenger van version with 8 or 9 seats. You order only the seats you want covered.

Material for the Transporter

Fabric in polyester or cotton is the classic choice. If you get in and out a lot, choose fabric with artificial leather reinforcement, because then artificial leather sits exactly where you slide across the side bolster. Full artificial leather you simply wipe down, which is practical for tradespeople and vehicles with changing drivers. You choose colours in the configurator.

T7 and Ford Transit Custom

The new VW Transporter T7 is built on the same platform as the Ford Transit Custom from 2024. In the configurator, however, you still select VW; the Transit Custom has its own page.

Is a new cover worth it for an old T4 or T5?
