Seat covers for the VW Crafter: both generations since 2006

Fitters, parcel drivers and construction workers often sit in the VW Crafter from the first to the last appointment of the day. So that the original seats can take it, we make seat covers to measure for the Crafter. Seat layouts in the Crafter

At the front the Crafter has 2 or 3 seats: driver's seat plus a single passenger seat or a passenger double bench. As a crew cab with 6 or 7 seats there is also the rear bench, and as a bus or passenger van with 8 or 9 seats all the rows behind. In the configurator you choose the seats that should get a cover.

Choosing the material for the job

For everyday courier and service work, fabric with artificial leather reinforcement is a good fit: polyester or cotton on the seat cushion and backrest, artificial leather on the side bolsters, where you slide across when getting in. On the building site or for winter road maintenance, full artificial leather is more practical, because you simply wipe off dust and moisture. You choose colours in the configurator.

Two Crafters, two entries in the configurator

The configurator lists the Crafter up to 2017 and the Crafter from 2017 as separate entries. What counts is the year in your vehicle registration document. The Crafter from 2017 is identical in construction to the MAN TGE. If your fleet runs both models, select each vehicle's own make in the configurator and order everything in one order.

Leased Crafters

If your Crafter is leased, it goes back after a few years. A cover that is on the seat from day one protects the original upholstery. That helps when you return the vehicle and at resale, because the original seat stays protected under the cover.
