Seat covers for the Mercedes Vito: W638, W639 and W447

Whether a panel van for customer service or a passenger version for transfers: in many fleets the Vito sits between the car and the large van. Our seat covers for the Mercedes Vito are made to measure per generation, as protective covers in fabric, fabric with artificial leather reinforcement or entirely in artificial leather. The covers are made in Northern Italy, and the fabrics also come from Italy.

Seat layouts in the Vito

With 2 or 3 seats the Vito is a panel van: driver's seat plus single passenger seat or passenger double seat. 6 or 7 seats mean a crew cab with a second row of seats behind the cab. With 8 or 9 seats it runs as a bus or passenger van, for example for hotel and airport transfers or as a crew bus.

Comfort seat in the Vito

As in the Sprinter, the Vito is also available with the comfort seat with extendable thigh support. Mercedes does not offer a protective cover for it from the factory. We make it to measure; all the details are on the Comfort seat in Sprinter and Vito page.

Fabric, artificial leather or both

For passengers, fabric is comfortable, either polyester or cotton. Fabric with artificial leather reinforcement protects the side bolsters you slide across when getting in. Full artificial leather wipes clean and saves time when the vehicle is cleaned daily. You choose the colour in the configurator. If a seat has a side airbag, the cover gets an airbag seam.

We drive the Vito and Sprinter. Can both go in one order?

Yes. Every cover is made for the selected model and year, so you select each vehicle's own model in the configurator. Any number of Vitos and Sprinters can be combined in one order, embroidered with your logo if you wish. There is no minimum order; a single cover is possible too.
